They did a great job troubleshooting a difficult issue that was not easy to figure out and made sure the problem was resolved before the vehicle was handed over to me. I needed a lot of work done on my old 2003. Jackson's was patient with me as the shock wore off as I absorbed the news of the repairs and costs involved. I'm now back in my car and I'm glad I went ahead with the repairs. It's running great and I'm glad to not have to pay for a new to me used vehicle. That would have been much more expensive, not only in money but in peace of mind. Update: I've been going here for years now and they take very good care of my vehicles and research ways to save me money. I always recommend them!
