If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. I have never had a better experience with a shop. The new owner, Jarrod, took such great care of everything, and he did it so fast! I am active duty and was in the middle of a move from the east coast to the west coast, with car problems from Kentucky. Four shops couldnt figure out what was wrong. Jarrod had it diagnosed and repaired within an hour. Not only that, he came to me when my car hit CO and I couldnt make it any farther. He talked me through everything, told me what was needed, and then told me what I should consider for the future. I have never felt so taken care of. Thank you so much for everything. Now can you please open a shop on the west coast??

This business is the best!

While working with a van that needs good rear air conditioning because of computer equipment in the back, we had the rear fan quit working. As we are on a tight schedule, I passed up two other repair facilities and called Jackson's Automotive. The next day, I was at their business at 8:00 am when they opened, and they replaced the rear ran motor and resistor by 9:30 am. We are very appreciative of the service provided in a very timely manner that let us get back to work.

This review is overdue. Al and his crew have always done right by me. No repair is cheap, but they do their best, and have even replaced parts without charging me if/when they catch something. It is hard to find a trustworthy mechanic. I hope these guys stay in business for a good long while.

Amazing shop. They make sure you are good to go and don't pull any of those high priced scams that dealerships do. You will know you are in good hands when you get your car worked on here.
