I needed a lot of work done on my old 2003. Jackson's was patient with me as the shock wore off as I absorbed the news of the repairs and costs involved. I'm now back in my car and I'm glad I went ahead with the repairs. It's running great and I'm glad to not have to pay for a new to me used vehicle. That would have been much more expensive, not only in money but in peace of mind.

The staff of Jackson's Automotive were professional and spent extra time reviewing vehicle needs before going ahead with those repairs. They are very customer-oriented.

Took my car in because my door locks went out. Jackson automotive found the source of the problem, got the parts ordered, and new parts installed. I recommend this shop for any car repairs. They are honest, and hard working. Their prices are competitive with other repair shops. Jackson automotive will continue to receive business from me.

Called Jackson automotive for a repair on my truck. First I want to say that Shelley and Deidre were very pleasant over the phone and setting the appointment for me. Once I dropped off my truck Jesse said it would be finished that day. He called later to let me know it was ready, when I arrived to pick up my truck Jesse greeted me as walked in and then presented the cost for my repair i was very pleased with what I considered a very fair price. Thank You to Dan and his team they are good people and I will refer them to my friends and family.
